Taylor Lund is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working with teens and young adults. Earning her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Quincy University, Taylor went on to earn her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Webster University.
Taylor’s areas of special interest include: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, anger management, and women’s issues including pregnancy, loss, fertility, postpartum challenges, and parenting. Her approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, and solution focused components.
Taylor offers individual therapy services in the office as well as virtual telehealth in order to meet all of client’s needs. If clients prefer virtual telehealth sessions, Taylor utilizes a secure patient portal that connects to a HIPAA compliant teletherapy portal.
Taylor’s session fee is $110 and she is considered an out-of-network provider with all insurance plans. This means that she does not accept insurance, but she can provide you with a receipt (called a Superbill) that provides you with all necessary information for insurance company. If you plan to use your insurance benefits, please contact your insurance company to inquire about your benefits/reimbursement for out of network providers.
