Taylor Lund, LPC, PMH-C
Licensed Professional Counselor & Perinatal Mental Health Specialist
Life’s transitions can bring unexpected emotional challenges — from anxiety and overwhelm to shifts in identity and relationships. Many people feel pressure to cope quietly or believe they “should” feel differently. You are not failing, and you don’t have to navigate this alone.

Taylor is a Licensed Professional Counselor who supports individuals through emotional challenges, life transitions, and periods of overwhelm. Her work is grounded in compassion, clinical expertise, and a genuine respect for each client’s lived experience.
She specializes in working with teens and young adults, as well as with mothers navigating the emotional complexities of pregnancy and postpartum. Whether supporting a teen building self-esteem or a new mom processing identity shifts, Taylor offers care that is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded.

Taylor earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Quincy University and her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. Her approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused techniques to meet the unique needs of each individual, with care that is always personalized and evidence-based.

With a growing focus on perinatal mental health, Taylor provides a safe, supportive space for women facing challenges related to fertility, pregnancy loss, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and the everyday emotional load of parenting. Therapy is a place where mothers don’t have to hold everything together — and where feeling seen, supported, and understood comes first.

Taylor offers individual therapy services in the office as well as virtual telehealth in order to meet all of the client's needs. If clients prefer virtual telehealth sessions, Taylor utilizes a secure patient portal that connects to a HIPAA compliant teletherapy portal.

Fees & Insurance
Taylor’s session fee is $110 and she is considered an out-of-network provider with all insurance plans. This means that she does not accept insurance, but she can provide you with a receipt (called a Superbill) that provides you with all necessary information for the insurance company. If you plan to use your insurance benefits, please contact your insurance company to inquire about your benefits/reimbursement for out of network providers.
