Jeanine Valleroy, Ph.D., L.C.S.W.
Child and Family Therapist
Jeanine Valleroy has been in private practice for over 30 years. She specializes in treating young children, adolescents, and families.
She completed her doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy at St. Louis University. She provides individual and family therapy, therapeutic visits in child custody cases, co-parenting sessions, and works closely with schools and pediatricians. She has been a long-standing member of the American Counseling Association, a clinical member for American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, and she has been a member on various eating disorder networks. She is currently a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. Dr. Valleroy has taught child psychology and adolescent psychology at the college level.
Dr. Valleroy is very behavioral in her approach to counseling. She often gives homework assignments and sets goals with her clients. In addition, she focuses on problem solving, positive thinking, education on current issues, and improving personal happiness and mental health.

Dr. Valleroy is currently accepting private pay new clients. Many insurance providers have what is called “out of network benefits” and will reimburse you for a portion of your sessions. She will provide the appropriate paperwork for you to submit to your insurance company so you can try and get reimbursement, depending on your individual insurance plan.
