Dr. Lindwedel Witt's Updates

Dear Patients and Families,

Happy New Year! I hope this new year has been good to you.  I wanted to reach out to inform you of a few changes to my current practice structure.

As many of you are aware, I have had decreased hours for some time as I have tried to be more available for my family.  However, now that my son is getting older, I am expanding my hours and accepting new adolescent and adult patients at this time

I have added the following to provide more scheduling options for my patients:

  • more in-person hours

  • more evening hours

  • extended (90min) sessions and

  • 20minute check-in sessions

I also wanted to let you know of an upcoming change to my professional service fees.  This adjustment reflects changes in practice costs and allows me to continue providing the level of care and service you expect and deserve.  These changes will be effective March 1, 2026.

Details of the Change:

  • Current Fee: $185 in person psychotherapy, 45min/$170 teletherapy session, 45min

  • New Fee (effective March 1, 2026):

            $200 in person psychotherapy, 45min & $350 in person psychotherapy, 90min

            $185 teletherapy session, 45min & $335 teletherapy session, 90min.

            $80 teletherapy, 20min session

  • Services Affected: Out-of-pocket private-pay sessions and uninsured services. All patients are asked to keep a credit card on file in the patient portal for easy billing.  Updated billing charges will be reflected to your credit cards/billing statements beginning March 1, 2026.

As required by professional standards and regulatory expectations, financial arrangements—including changes in fee structure—are provided in advance of billing at the new rate. Please read/sign the updated Good Faith Estimate under the Docs/Forms tab in your portal account to indicate that you are aware of/agree with these changes.

If you have questions or concerns about this change, or if this increase will create difficulty for you, please let me know. I can discuss options such as adjusting the frequency of sessions, referrals to other providers or fee adjustments if appropriate. My goal is to be transparent and supportive while ensuring continuity of care.

It is always my honor and privilege to be a part of your lives and your commitment to wellness.  I look forward to our continue work together and appreciate your trust in our work together!

Sincerely,

Anna
